1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Skars Photography's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

Skars Photography provides photography and videography services for events, including but not limited to concerts, nightlife events, and private functions.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.
3.2. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
3.3. All prices are in Euros and include VAT where applicable.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date will result in the loss of the deposit.
4.2. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date will require full payment.

5. Copyright and Usage Rights

5.1. All photographs and videos remain the property of Skars Photography.
5.2. Clients are granted personal usage rights for the delivered images.
5.3. Commercial usage requires written permission and may incur additional fees.

6. Delivery

6.1. Final edited images will be delivered within 14 business days after the event.
6.2. Delivery method will be agreed upon with the client.

7. Liability

7.1. Skars Photography is not liable for any loss or damage to equipment or property.
7.2. In case of technical failure or circumstances beyond our control, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

8. Changes to Terms

Skars Photography reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
